Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website hauling-service-florida.com and the hauling, transport, towing, and disposal services provided by WOLFPOWERSPORTS LLC (doing business as Florida Hauling & Disposal) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a quote request, scheduling a pickup, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional hauling, transportation, towing, and disposal services for vehicles, watercraft, recreational vehicles, jet skis, mobile homes, golf carts, and other oversized loads, throughout Florida and beyond. The exact scope of work and route is confirmed in writing before pickup.

2. Quote requests & agreement to perform work

• Submitting a quote request through this website is a request for information only and does not bind either party.
• A binding agreement is formed when we provide a written or verbal quote and you confirm acceptance and a pickup window.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and may be revised if vehicle condition, location, access, or other facts differ from what was disclosed at quoting.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any third-party fees (DMV title transfer fees, port / yard fees, etc.) unless specifically included.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
• We accept major debit / credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. A processing fee may be added for card-based payments and is shown on the invoice.
• Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Florida law, whichever is lower.

4. Customer responsibilities

• You confirm that you own the property being hauled, or have written authorization from the owner to release it.
• You confirm that any required title or transfer paperwork is accurate; missing paperwork may delay pickup or trigger additional fees.
• You agree to remove personal belongings before pickup. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle / boat / RV.
• You will provide safe access to the pickup location, including any gate codes, keys, or property-owner permissions.

5. Cancellation & rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, or no-shows at the pickup location, may incur a trip fee of up to $75 to cover dispatch costs.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours is free, subject to availability.

6. Limitation of liability

We carry commercial general liability and motor-carrier cargo insurance covering the property in our custody during transport. Our liability for any damage to property, delay, or non-performance is limited to the lesser of (a) the actual repair / replacement cost or (b) the amount paid to us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of business.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) inaccurate information you provided about the property (title, condition, location), or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

8. Hazardous materials

You agree to disclose any hazardous fluids, batteries, or other regulated materials in the property before pickup. We reserve the right to refuse service or to charge additional fees if hazardous materials are discovered at pickup that were not disclosed.

9. Website use

• You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, to scrape content at scale, to submit fraudulent quote requests, or to abuse the contact form.
• All site content, branding, images and copy are the property of WOLFPOWERSPORTS LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
